Description:  Pewter pendant featuring the engraved Fehu rune, made for us by St Justin in Cornwall (UK). The alloy, 92% tin completed with copper and antimony, gives it strength. It comes with a 68 cm waxed leather cord with an adjustable sliding double knot, along with the official box and an explanatory certificate (in English). It belongs to the oldest runic series, the 24 Norse letters used by the ancient Vikings both for writing and for divination. It symbolizes material goods and gain. Its traditional meaning of "cattle" is the emblem of what ancient northern Europeans considered a symbol of prosperity. The influences of Fehu are positive and usually indicate the arrival of opportunities for gain, or the ability to create them. The appearance of Fehu is an indication that fulfilment and satisfaction regarding what you have worked hard for are now within reach. Enjoy the reward this rune offers you, and share it with others while carefully considering the new responsibilities it brings. If Fehu is surrounded by reversed runes, it is advice to maintain your current attitude. Delays and obstacles will be a difficulty, but if you proceed with patience, success will follow. Reversed, Fehu usually indicates that unless you change your current actions and behaviour, you could suffer a material or emotional loss. The surrounding runes will give you further guidance. For example, if reversed Fehu is surrounded by positive runes, you are dealing with short-term obstacles and the loss is only temporary. In an entirely negative reading (all reversed runes), it is more serious and can indicate that the loss is for the best. Be careful when Fehu is reversed. Try not to worsen the problem with further investments or promises. Patience will heal the frustration and help you lower the obstacles on your path. As with zodiac signs, with some approximation, you can choose your rune according to your birth period, or by looking for the meaning that best suits you or the person you wish to give it to, an original gift for anyone who loves the mysterious charm of the ancient Celtic and Norse runes.
