About Us

Our history

Our company was founded in 2005, with the opening of the first store in Bibione, in Viale Aurora, of 50 square meters. In 2007 we expanded with a second 72 m2 store in Lignano Sabbiadoro, in via Udine. In the same year we evolved from simple dealers to producers and direct importers, starting the distribution in Italy of lines covered by our copyright and developed after a careful study of concept and design.

In addition to the F&D brand lines, we have started distributing other lines, always preferring new and unpublished collections to those of parallel import, and dedicating at least two months every year to researching around the globe for new factories, manufacturers, or simple craftsmen. able to offer us innovative and tasteful collections.

In 2008 the growth of the company led us to move our warehouse to the new location capable of hosting up to 400 cubic meters of products. In 2010 we opened our third store, also in Bibione, in viadelle Costellazioni, of 100 square meters, obtaining area exclusives for the areas of Bibione and Lignano Sabbiadoro for the most important Italian brands.




Our Idea


From the beginning we believed in two simple principles: the first is respect for our article, always maintaining the right balance between professionalism and emotional involvement that the product induces by its nature. Therefore, we have always refrained from inventing improbable legends, which are not those disclosed by the manufacturer of the collection, or listing rare and precious materials, which are not those actually used: we prefer to lose a sale rather than generate confusion in our customers, which in our opinion, cannot accept that each shopkeeper gives different information on the same product.

This principle is very close to our heart: its demonstration is the fact that our employees, to be confirmed as such, must demonstrate that they have scrupulously studied our memo, which contains all the information on the curricula of the artists, the materials used and the legends disclosed by the producers of each single line.

The second principle is to amaze and amaze as much as possible, through the use of specially designed sets and furnishings, the fairy dress that our apprentices wear and the ubiquitous themed music in our stores. The budget that we dedicate every year to advertising and marketing is also remarkable.

In general we believe that this article is not an end in itself but on the contrary has the purpose of helping adults to fantasize, thus making them become children again. In an increasingly frenetic and stressful world, the need for escape becomes imperative: the dreams and imagination that our articles induce represent the most innocent and genuine form of escape from our daily lives.
