Description:  Pewter pendant featuring the engraved Dagaz rune, made for us by St Justin in Cornwall (UK). The alloy, 92% tin completed with copper and antimony, gives it strength. It comes with a 68 cm waxed leather cord with an adjustable sliding double knot, along with the official box and an explanatory certificate (in English). It belongs to the oldest runic series, the 24 Norse letters used by the ancient Vikings both for writing and for divination. The traditional meaning of Dagaz is "day", usually associated with the dawn of a new day, when darkness turns into light. It indicates the end of one cycle and the beginning of a new one, and this change will be explosive, which contrasts markedly with Jera, which indicates a gentle change that usually involves a long period of time or a season. Expect an exceptional transformation when you receive Dagaz. It can take the form of a radical change in behaviour or circumstances, in a situation that turns completely around. Whether internal or external, the transformation will be radical and will push you into a new life and a new way of seeing it. Complete trust is essential, and you may be asked to throw yourself into an abyss blindfolded and unarmed. The time to begin is now. Although powerful and complex in nature because of its associations with a radical shift of forces, Dagaz is positive and often heralds a period of success and prosperity. It has no reversed position and is usually a sign of great strength and increased growth. If found in a negative reading, the fire of Dagaz can dissolve the negative aspects, especially if found among delay runes. You will manage to overcome obstacles and move towards victory. In response to a problematic situation, Dagaz among negative runes may try to make you understand that you have the ability to turn the situation around. Dagaz is only received upright. As with zodiac signs, with some approximation, you can choose your rune according to your birth period, or by looking for the meaning that best suits you or the person you wish to give it to, an original gift for anyone who loves the mysterious charm of the ancient Celtic and Norse runes.
