This policy explains which cookies www.lafataeildrago.com uses, what they are for and how you can choose which ones to accept, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority guidelines of 10 June 2021.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the site stores in your browser to make it work (for example to remember your cart) or, only with your consent, to collect statistics or show third-party content. Similar technologies (pixels, scripts) follow the same rules.
3. How you choose: the banner and your preferences
- On your first visit a banner shows Reject, Accept and Customise. Closing the banner with the × means rejecting.
- Until you choose, the site uses technical cookies only: no statistics or third-party scripts are loaded. Scrolling or browsing on does not count as consent.
- Your choice is remembered for 6 months (technical cookie
fd_cookie_consent); then the banner appears again. - You can change your mind at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page, or here: withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
To be able to prove that your choice was respected we keep a consent log (choice made, date and a code derived from the IP address that does not directly identify you), deleted after 12 months.

5. Third-party services
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) – visit statistics, active only if you accept the “Statistics” category. We do not use Google Ads or advertising features: advertising signals are turned off. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. - Matomo – visit statistics hosted on our own server: data are not shared with third parties and IP addresses are anonymised. Without consent Matomo counts visits without cookies; the
_pk_*cookies are used only if you accept “Statistics”. - Facebook page box (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) – in the footer; loaded only if you accept the “Social” category. Meta may then set its own cookies, also for its own purposes: Meta cookie policy. Without consent only a plain link to our page is shown.
Payments (Nexi, PayPal, PostePay) take place on the pages of the respective providers, under their own policies.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). If you block technical cookies the cart and account login may not work.
