Discounts

On our site many products are offered at a discount.

The full price and any discounted price are both visible next to the image of each product, together with the discount percentage applied.

All prices include 22% VAT.

Discounted prices and coupons are not applicable if one prefers to benefit from one of our promotions, such as the Fairy Card. During the check-out, you will be asked if you prefer to confirm the discount or pay full price and join the promotions.

Discounts are designed to offset or reduce the cost of shipping to the customer. Therefore they are dedicated exclusively to online customers who choose to have their order sent to their home.
In conclusion, discounts are not applied if you select the "pick up in store" option. However, they remain confirmed if the threshold for free shipping is exceeded.

QRCode 

A QRCode is printed on our business cards, on our shoppers and on the posters displayed next to the entrance to our stores, which will allow you to activate a "Guest" coupon, to be used on our site.

It will give you access to a 5% discount, (combinable with other discounts on the site, but not with F&D Points) valid for each of our items to use for 1 purchase when you want.
To use the coupon, you must remain subscribed to the mailing list and log in to the site as a customer.

The Fairy Card is our points card.

This is a promotion, which can be accessed by both physical customers of our stores and those of the lafataeildrago.com website.

It allows you to access many prizes based on the total expenditure you have made over many months: the value of the prizes is equivalent to a discount between 5% and 30% on the total expenditure made in that entire period.

Starting from 2021, as a form of recognition for our best customers, we have added the Fairy Card Silver and the Fairy Card Gold to the classic Fairy Card (now called Basic).

Furthermore, starting from the same date, each Fairy Card has been associated with a special QRCode, able to activate a Couponto be spent on our site lafataeildrago.com.

QRCodes can be scanned directly from your mobile phone, using one of the many QRCode Reader apps: one of the most famous can be downloaded at this link.

The Basic Fairy Card

Each card has a maximum duration of 2 years.

It can be used together with other Fairy Cards, only if issued in the same year.

At this moment are valid:

• the Fairy Cards 2024, which will expire on 31/12/2025
• the Fairy Cards 2025, which will expire on 31/12/2026

All previous points cards have expired.

The Fairy Card is not personal and can be sold to third parties.

It can be requested for free at our points of sale and without obligation to purchase.

F&D Points are released every 15 euros of purchase and are linked to the year of issue:

• The Fairy Card 2024 only accepts 2024 and 2025 F&D Points.
• The Fairy Card 2025 only accepts 2025 and 2026 F&D Points.
  

Attaching F&D Points from previous years on new cards invalidates them.

Prizes are available while stocks last and cannot be replaced or exchanged for any other item.

Waiving one or more prizes does not entitle you to any discount.

To collect the prizes, it is necessary to go in person to an F&D point of sale to return the Fairy Card. Therefore it cannot be sent.

By joining the promotion, during the check-out, we will send you the F&D Points related to your purchase: you will find them together with the receipt, inside the package.

If you need an empty Fairy Card, remember to request it in the notes at the end of the order, during check-out. In that case you will find the F&D Points attached already on it.

Each Fairy Card also contains a QRCode, which will allow you to activate a "Basic" coupon, to be used on our site.
It will give you access to an 8% discount, (not combinable with other discounts on the site, nor with F&D Points) valid for each of our items to be used for 1 purchase within the expiry date of the Card.

The Fairy Card Silver 

To reward our most loyal customers, we have created the "Silver" version of our Fairy Card.

It can be obtained by making a single purchase over € 300.

The Fairy Card Silver has the same features as the Basic one, but also guarantees the privileges of Silver customers:

• It allows you to choose your prize both in the catalog of the current year and in that of the previous year.
• Allows the redemption of the reward without having to return to an F&D store. Against proof of cancellation of used F&D Points, we will guarantee free home delivery of the reward.

The cancellation of F&D Points must be done by sending us (via email to ordini@lafataeildrago.com or on whatsapp) a video in which you show the points on your Fairy Card Silver and then delete them with a black permanent marker.
The shipment of prizes is free only on the national territory, and for "small" or "medium" articles (for the definition of the volume of articles click here).
For shipments abroad, or for "bulky" prizes on the national territory, there is a discount on the shipping cost of up to 15 €.

Each Fairy Card Silver also contains a QRCode, which will allow you to activate a "Silver" coupon, to be used on our site.
It will give you access to an 8% discount, (not combinable with other discounts on the site, nor with F&D Points) valid for each of our items to be used for 10 purchases within the expiry date of the Card.
To use the coupon, you must remain subscribed to the mailing list and log in to the site as a customer.
Any abuse or misuse will prevent its reuse.

The Fairy Card Gold

To reward our best customers, we have created the "Gold" version of our Fairy Card.

It can be obtained by making a single purchase over € 600.

The Fairy Card Gold has the same characteristics as the Basic one, but also guarantees the privileges of Gold customers:

• It has no expiry date.
• It allows you to choose your prize from any of the exclusive F&D items.
• Allows the redemption of the reward without having to return to an F&D store. Against proof of cancellation of used F&D Points, we will guarantee free home delivery of the reward.

If necessary, the e-mail address and shipping address can be changed (via a request to be sent to us via e-mail) but the previous ones, once changed, will no longer be restored.

Any abuse or misuse will prevent its reuse.
