Discounts

On our site many products are offered at a discount.

The full price and any discounted price are both visible next to the image of each product, together with the discount percentage applied.

All prices include 22% VAT.

Discounted prices and coupons are not applicable if one prefers to benefit from one of our promotions, such as the Fairy Card. During the check-out, you will be asked if you prefer to confirm the discount or pay full price and join the promotions.

Discounts are designed to offset or reduce the cost of shipping to the customer. Therefore they are dedicated exclusively to online customers who choose to have their order sent to their home.
In conclusion, discounts are not applied if you select the "pick up in store" option. However, they remain confirmed if the threshold for free shipping is exceeded.

QRCode 

A QRCode is printed on our business cards, on our shoppers and on the posters displayed next to the entrance to our stores, which will allow you to activate a "Guest" coupon, to be used on our site.

It will give you access to a 5% discount, (combinable with other discounts on the site, but not with F&D Points) valid for each of our items to use for 1 purchase when you want.
To use the coupon, you must remain subscribed to the mailing list and log in to the site as a customer.

The Fairy Card is our points card.

This is a promotion, which can be accessed by both physical customers of our stores and those of the lafataeildrago.com website.

It allows you to access many prizes based on the total expenditure you have made over many months: the value of the prizes is equivalent to a discount between 5% and 30% on the total expenditure made in that entire period.

Starting from 2021, as a form of recognition for our best customers, we have added the Fairy Card Silver and the Fairy Card Gold to the classic Fairy Card (now called Basic).

Furthermore, starting from the same date, each Fairy Card has been associated with a special QRCode, able to activate a Couponto be spent on our site lafataeildrago.com.

QRCodes can be scanned directly from your mobile phone, using one of the many QRCode Reader apps: one of the most famous can be downloaded at this link.

The Basic Fairy Card

Each card has a maximum duration of 2 years.

It can be used together with other Fairy Cards, only if issued in the same year.

At this moment are valid:

• the Fairy Cards 2023, which will expire on 31/12/2024
• the Fairy Cards 2024, which will expire on 31/12/2025

All previous points cards have expired.

The Fairy Card is not personal and can be sold to third parties.

It can be requested for free at our points of sale and without obligation to purchase.

F&D Points are released every 15 euros of purchase and are linked to the year of issue:

• The Fairy Card 2023 only accepts 2023 and 2024 F&D Points.
• The Fairy Card 2024 only accepts 2024 and 2025 F&D Points.
  

Attaching F&D Points from previous years on new cards invalidates them.

Prizes are available while stocks last and cannot be replaced or exchanged for any other item.

Waiving one or more prizes does not entitle you to any discount.

To collect the prizes, it is necessary to go in person to an F&D point of sale to return the Fairy Card. Therefore it cannot be sent.

By joining the promotion, during the check-out, we will send you the F&D Points related to your purchase: you will find them together with the receipt, inside the package.

If you need an empty Fairy Card, remember to request it in the notes at the end of the order, during check-out. In that case you will find the F&D Points attached already on it.

Each Fairy Card also contains a QRCode, which will allow you to activate a "Basic" coupon, to be used on our site.
It will give you access to an 8% discount, (not combinable with other discounts on the site, nor with F&D Points) valid for each of our items to be used for 1 purchase within the expiry date of the Card.

The Fairy Card Silver 

To reward our most loyal customers, we have created the "Silver" version of our Fairy Card.

It can be obtained in the following ways:

• By returning a Fairy Card Silver already in possession, to redeem the prize.
• In-store or online, by making a single purchase over € 300.
• By returning a Fariy Card Basic filled with at least 30 F&D Points to redeem the prize.

The Fairy Card Silver has the same features as the Basic one, but also guarantees the privileges of Silver customers:

• It allows you to choose your prize both in the catalog of the current year and in that of the previous year.
• Allows the redemption of the reward without having to return to an F&D store. Against proof of cancellation of used F&D Points, we will guarantee free home delivery of the reward.

The cancellation of F&D Points must be done by sending us (via email to ordini@lafataeildrago.com or on whatsapp) a video in which you show the points on your Fairy Card Silver and then delete them with a black permanent marker.
The shipment of prizes is free only on the national territory, and for "small" or "medium" articles (for the definition of the volume of articles click here).
For shipments abroad, or for "bulky" prizes on the national territory, there is a discount on the shipping cost of up to 15 €.

Each Fairy Card Silver also contains a QRCode, which will allow you to activate a "Silver" coupon, to be used on our site.
It will give you access to an 8% discount, (not combinable with other discounts on the site, nor with F&D Points) valid for each of our items to be used for 10 purchases within the expiry date of the Card.
To use the coupon, you must remain subscribed to the mailing list and log in to the site as a customer.
Any abuse or misuse will prevent its reuse.

The Fairy Card Gold

To reward our best customers, we have created the "Gold" version of our Fairy Card.

It can be obtained in the following ways:

• By returning a Fairy Card Gold already in possession, to redeem the prize.
• In-store or online, by making a single purchase over € 600.
• By returning a Fariy Card Basic or Silver filled with at least 60 F&D points to claim the reward.

The Fairy Card Gold has the same characteristics as the Basic one, but also guarantees the privileges of Gold customers:

• It has no expiry date.
• It allows you to choose your prize from any of the exclusive F&D items.
• Allows the redemption of the reward without having to return to an F&D store. Against proof of cancellation of used F&D Points, we will guarantee free home delivery of the reward.

The Gold coupon is strictly personal and is associated with an e-mail address and a shipping address. In the event of an order in an F&D store, these will be required to issue the QRCode. If necessary, the e-mail address and shipping address can be changed (via a request to be sent to us via e-mail) but the previous ones, once changed, will no longer be restored.

Any abuse or misuse will prevent its reuse.

Easter Eggs!

An Easter egg, in computer science, is content, usually harmless and of a bizarre nature, that the designers or developers of a product, especially software, hide within the product itself.

With this promotion we have thought of our most nerdy customers!

We have therefore decided to create 10 QRCode Easter Eggs, able to activate as many coupons that can be used on our site lafataeildrago.com.

Each of them will be usable only once, but will guarantee amazing discounts on one or more categories of our vast catalog!

It can only be obtained in one way: by purchasing the exclusive F&D!

We created the 10 QRCodes and then we inserted them randomly, within 10 items in our warehouse.

They could be inside giant items as well as tiny items!

How to participate in the program

"Premium" articles will not be advertised on our website, nor on our social networks. You will never find them displayed in our stores.

The only way to view and purchase them will be through this program, through the e-mail address with which you subscribed to our Mailing List.

Whenever we receive news of a new product arriving, you will receive a detailed purchase proposal, with dimensions, weight and numerous high resolution photographs.

The messages related to this program will carry the F&D Premium logo on the top, so you can distinguish them from all our other communications.

Type of articles, frequency of proposals and withdrawal from the program

The "Premium" articles are characterized by their very high quality and their difficult availability, in some cases almost impossible to find on Italian soil.

They represent our best selection, for our best customers!

The frequency with which you will receive the proposals will be very variable, based on the news that we will receive from our producers and distributors.

If you wish to unsubscribe from the "Premium" program, simply unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking on the appropriate link at the end of each proposal.

Confirmation of proposals and payment methods for "Premium" articles

Once we receive your confirmation, we will provide you with the data to make the advance payment, within 5 days.

"Premium" items will be paid exclusively by PostePay top-up or by bank transfer in advance.

These are items that we do not buy for our stores but exclusively for you, therefore you will have to wait for the time necessary for our supplier to send them to us. For the same reason, however, it also follows that you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal on these items.

If the items arrive defective, during transport from the supplier to us, or if our supplier no longer has the availability announced, the amount of the order will be returned to you immediately, without expenses of any kind.

Waiting times, shipments and other information

The "Premium" articles will be divided into 2 groups:

• "Silver": these are articles already on the market and available from our suppliers. From your payment, only a few days will pass before they reach our warehouses.
  
• "Gold": are previews of products in the production or pre-production phase. Reserve them at this stage allows you to get further strong discounts on the final price, but the waiting times will be in the order of several months.

Given the extreme fragility of some of these products, "Premium" items will normally not be shipped but will be stored in our stores, awaiting your collection. If requested upon confirmation of the purchase proposal, we will make an insured home delivery once the product is available in our warehouses, and with a fixed contribution of only € 10 (only for national shipments, for foreign shipments it depends on the country destination). Before shipping, we will carefully check the integrity of the product and send you photos on request, to prove this. The insurance of our express courier respects the conditions that can be viewed at this link.

Alternatively, the customer can organize the shipment to his home with a courier of his trust, who will carry out the pick-up at our address.

Purchasing Premium items will not produce Fairy Card stamps.
