Once upon a time there was a girl who was quite good at drawing. It would have been the one at school who was asked to draw pictures for the school newspaper, paint the backdrops for the theatrical performances and make all the signs for his friends running for the class president. When he was in high school he met his Knight, Nikes. He showed her the world of Dungeons & Dragons. She was haunted! Here was a world full of passion, imagination and wonder. So obviously he started using his talent to draw this new world. Dragons, knights, evildoers and holy warriors came out of it. This girl and her brilliant knight went to the magical kingdom of the University of Alabama and brought the fantasy with them. They met new wonderful and crazy friends who fell in love with this world of magic as much as they do. One day, these intrepid friends went to a local science fiction and fantasy convention called Continuity in Birmingham, Alabama. Her surprising younger sister (Victoria) and her knight decided that the girl would sell her designs at the art show and, to the girl's horror, have them exposed! Here, he sold 7 of the 12 he brought! To date the girl, who is now an adult woman, still insists that it was the best $ 46 she has ever made!
