Returns and Refunds


Right of withdrawal:


Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05, subjects not classified as consumers are excluded from the legislative decree, that is, those who act for purposes related to the professional activity that may be carried out, that is, those who place an order indicating the VAT number for the invoice.

The customer has the right to withdraw, without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, no later than14 working days from delivery (the delivery date indicated on the courier's waybill or postmark, or on the receipt) is authentic. .

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within the deadline in one of the following ways:

  • by sending a registered letter with return receipt and all the purchased goods, to the following addressLa Fata & il Drago - by Gennari Niccolò, viale Aurora 33, 30020 Bibione (VE)
  • by sending a certified mail to lafataeildrago@pec.it

In the case of applicability of the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return all items as shipped to him, at the latest, no later than 14 days, i.e. under the following conditions:

  • absolutely new
  • completely intact
  • complete with all their parts, any certificates included
  • in the original packaging, envelopes and packs

Failure to comply with these principles renders the right of withdrawal inapplicable.


We remind you that:

  • A crack or even small damage to a figurine would make it unsaleable, therefore it would make the right of withdrawal inapplicable.
  • La Fata & il Drago will not be responsible for any damage to the goods occurred during the return shipment to our warehouses, nor for a loss of the package by the courier.
  • Damaged items that arrive there cannot be returned, but you must proceed with the refund request.


In case of application of the right of withdrawal, once the items have been received and the suitable conditions have been verified, La Fata & il Drago will refund the entire (and only) value of the items paid: shipping costs are therefore excluded , and possibly cash on delivery or insurance. The refund will be made within thirty days from the date on which the communication was received.

Refunds:


The goods are carefully checked and packed with suitable protections. All parcels are carefully prepared and each item is intact, when it is entrusted to the courier.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no.185 of 22 May 1999 (distance contracts), the goods travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, so the risk of damage or loss of the product passes to the recipient at the time of shipment of the goods (delivery of the package to the post office of departure or to the courier in charge of the subsequent delivery to the customer).

In the event that one or more items arrive damaged to you or if the courier loses the package, you can proceed with the refund request. As written above, La Fata & il Drago will evaluate a refund request only if at the time of the order you have opted for an insured shipping. In the absence of insurance, no refund can be issued by  La Fata & il Drago.

In the event that the courier is handing you a package that is obviously open or damaged externally, always remember to sign "with reserve". However, in the absence of insurance, the signature "with reserve" on a damaged package does not always guarantee a refund by the courier.

In case of damage, it is required to send photographs proving the damage within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the package.

The goods will be sent insured only if expressly requested by the customer.
