Description:  The Keeper of Dreams belongs to the artisan Quercelfo collection by Paolo Chiari, made in Florence from marble powder and entirely hand-painted, in the artist's trademark witty, caricature style. The Keeper of Dreams: a small goblin sitting on a magic chest bound in wood and metal, hands clasped thoughtfully in front of his face, a pointed helmet on his head, with a sphere and a grey stone resting on the half-open lid beside him. The figure comes with a scroll telling the story of Gronf Ong, the guardian who watches over lost dreams. A charming, story-driven piece, ideal as a gift or collectable for fantasy lovers who already treasure Paolo Chiari's work.
